Sell 45 new, high-end apartments in stock, in a prime location in São Paulo, in the MAXHAUS BLX development, in the Panamby neighborhood.
With this challenge in mind, we were approached by the brand’s executives in early 2023.
The completed development already had owners and residents in Panamby. The sale of units in stock is strategic for MaxHaus’s monetization.
Digital strategy
With a campaign focused on digital marketing, we create targeted content aimed at a specific audience: high purchasing power, located in strategic neighborhoods and regions, interested in buying real estate to live in or invest.

Starting in 2023, we began creating a series of posts with the goal of boosting the MAXHAUS profile on Instagram, promoting the unique features of MAXHAUS BLX with creative content for feeds and reels.

At the same time, a campaign consisting of boosted and sponsored posts on META and GOOGLE began to strategically impact the campaign’s target audience.

Zero inventory: goal achieved in a short time
From January 2023 to December 2024, through boosted and sponsored posts, we impacted a highly selected audience with over 4,000 registrations.

The final result was 20 units sold in 2023 and 25 units sold in 2024, for a total of 45 units sold in less than two years. This was an extremely high return on investment and a success story that left the client extremely satisfied and our team very proud of the work they had done.
