Pratt & Whitney Canada is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units.
To celebrate the 5th anniversary of its Belo Horizonte Maintenance Center and 25 years of presence in Sorocaba, we organized two commemorative events for Pratt & Whitney in the capital of Minas Gerais and in Sorocaba.
EVENT: CREATION, PRODUCTION, AND ORGANIZATION
To mark these two very special dates for Pratt & Whitney Canada in Brazil, it was necessary to carry out a comprehensive operation involving different stages, such as the creation, production, and organization of the event. In addition to a logistics operation capable of providing two breakfasts, one at each center, in Belo Horizonte and Sorocaba.
Every detail was designed to meet all the needs of the client, its employees, and executives present at both locations.
CREATION
First, some fundamental pieces were created for the event’s identity and communication, such as:

PRODUCTION
To stage the two events, we relied on a well-coordinated production and organization team, capable of creating two fully decorated environments for the occasion.
First, a breakfast was held to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Belo Horizonte Maintenance Center, and the following day, a breakfast was held to celebrate Pratt & Whitney’s 25th anniversary in Sorocaba, with the same structure and quality of service.
ORGANIZATION
From conception, creation, production of materials, decoration, reception, everything was organized by GEP Comunicação, in partnership with the Pratt & Whitney Canada Brazil team.
Every detail was thought out and executed with the utmost attention so that the events were carried out successfully to the total satisfaction of the client and to our joy and pride.
